FDA Approves Dabigatran for Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation

The FDA announced on Tuesday that it has approved Pradaxa (dabigatran, Boehringer Ingelheim) for the prevention of stroke and blood clots in patients with atrial fibrillation.
